Swarnab has a deep background in cinematography, travel and documentary photography, paintings, advertising, story-telling, and film-making, having earned his professional photography certification in Saint Petersburg. His photography journey began in 2002, over a decade he documented people & places, travel & culture, monologues & expressions, self-portraits & experiences, divinity & spirituality and light & shadow.

An avid collector of fine arts, vintage cameras and handicraft objects. Swarnab is a photographer, painter, biker, and filmmaker is forever experimenting with light, composition, sound and abstract form, shapes and geometry to tell the bespoke story. His design and visual ideas are beyond the conventional relationship between fashion, art, documentary and design. With a passionate interest in Indian arts legacy, Bengal School of Arts and the modern, the traditional and the contemporary, Swarnab finds creative solutions in time and space.

Cameras and Technology : Leica M and Leica SL, Hasselblad X1DII, Fujifilm GFX Medium Format, Broncolor, Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One and Mid AI Journey

Education : Masters in Marketing Management, Waikato University, New Zealand and Professional certification in Photography & Fine Arts at St. Petersburg, Russia.

Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations from St. Joseph College, Bangalore
